Landscape Remodeling
Whole-yard redesigns — grading, hardscape, planting and lighting
Most of the yards we're called to were laid out for a house that has since been remodelled around them — a lawn that never drains, a patio too small to put a table on, a slope nobody can use, and irrigation that was cut and capped years ago. A remodel puts the whole thing back on a plan: grade first, drainage and irrigation before anything is covered, then paving, walls, planting and lighting in the order that means nothing is dug up twice.
Our Process
Walk the Yard
We walk it with you, note where water goes, what stays, and what the yard actually has to do day to day.
Plan & Written Quote
You get a layout and a flat quote broken out by stage — demo, grading, hardscape, irrigation, planting.
Build in Order
Demo and grade, then drainage and irrigation, then hardscape, then planting and lighting last.
Walk-Through & Care
We walk the finished yard with you, set the controller, and leave you the watering and care schedule.
