Irrigation Systems
New systems, repairs and smart-controller upgrades that cut the bill
Most of the water a Bay Area yard uses is wasted by a system nobody has looked at in years — heads spraying the fence, a valve that weeps all night, one zone watering lawn and shrub beds off the same timer. We install new systems and fix old ones: valves and manifolds, pop-ups and rotors, drip to the beds, and a smart controller that reads the weather instead of running the same eight minutes in November that it ran in July.
Our Process
Run the System
We run every zone and watch it — coverage, pressure, run-off, and what is being watered that shouldn't be.
Design or Diagnose
Either a zone-by-zone design for a new system, or a written list of what's failed and what it costs to fix.
Install & Test
Trench, run pipe, set valves and heads, then test every zone for coverage and adjust the arcs.
Program & Hand Over
The controller is programmed by season and zone, and we show you how to change it from your phone.
