Artificial Grass Installation
Turf that stays green through a Bay Area summer, installed to last
Artificial turf either lasts fifteen years or it ripples, flattens and pulls at the seams inside two — and the difference is almost entirely underneath it. We excavate to depth, lay and compact a proper aggregate base, set the borders, seam the turf with the blades running the same way, and infill and power-broom it so it stands up. Done that way it drains through, takes dogs and kids, and never needs a drop of water.
Our Process
Measure & Choose
We measure, work out the roll layout to minimise seams, and show you pile heights and colours side by side.
Excavate & Base
Dig to depth, lay weed barrier, then place and plate-compact the base to a grade that drains.
Lay & Seam
Turf is cut, seamed and pinned with the grain running one direction so it reads as a single lawn.
Infill & Broom
Infill is spread and power-broomed in, edges are trimmed to the border, and the site is cleaned.
