A yard is only as good as the year after it's built. We run scheduled maintenance across Marin and the East Bay — mowing and edging, hedge and shrub work, seasonal pruning, weeding, feeding, and a sprinkler check every visit so a broken head doesn't quietly cost you a lawn. Same crew, same day each week, and you get told when something needs doing rather than finding out when it's dead.
Our Process
Site Assessment
We price off what the yard actually has in it — turf area, beds, hedges, trees — not off square footage alone.
Set the Schedule
Weekly, biweekly or monthly, on a fixed day, with the scope for each visit written down.
Service Visits
Cut, edge, blow, prune to season, pull weeds, and walk the irrigation before we leave.
Tell You Early
Anything failing — a dry patch, a dying shrub, a leaking valve — you hear about it while it's still cheap.
